The GQ team was looking for a super energetic, progressive punk, not-your-professor's infographics package.

 

GQ's editorial team often builds beautiful custom typefaces for their print spreads and we wanted to channel this bespoke typography while making it super simple for the editor to plug in text for future episodes.

 

Using a variety of effects, I was able to create a gel-like texture that felt unique and cool, while remaining legible and informative.
